Paleo Granola

This is a delicious replacement to traditional granola. It contains no grains or sugars. It is full of healthy fats for energy.

It will leave you wanting more. This alternative to granola is great serve alone or mixed in greek yogurt for my non paleo friends.

This recipe also freezes well.

Stir 1 Cup of each into a large mixing bowl.

Chopped Pecans

Sliced Almonds

Pumpkin Seeds – shelled

Sunflower Seeds – shelled

Dried Cranberries

Shredded Coconut

Combine:

1/4 Cup Liquid Coconut oil

1/4 Cup Raw Honey

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg

1/8 tsp Ground Cloves

Pour liquid mixture over seeds and nuts.

Stir.

Spread mixture on a baking sheet with sides.

Bake 350 degrees 12-15 minutes

Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
