Mmmmmm, Comfort Food. Just saying those words creates a warm fuzzy calm feeling inside. What comes to mind when you think of comfort food? For me its definitely pasta. This is one of the simples recipes I have to share. When I was a young girl my mom used to make tomato soup to preserve in mason jars. She would use the soup as a spaghetti sauce. This recipe was inspired from the spices I would add to the soup. I was always happy when she would allow me experiment with different combinations of flavours and textures.
