Bruschetta Meat Loaf

TAKE

14oz can diced tomatoes –  reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid

Mix together in a bowl and press into an 8×8 foil pan

1lb extra lean ground beef

1/4 of the reserved liquid from the drained tomatoes

1 egg- beaten

1/2 box stuffing mix

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Combine and spread over meatloaf in pan

The Drained tomatoes

remaining stuffing mix

2 chopped green onions

 

BAG 1 small ziplock

1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

BAG 2 – Large labeled freezer bag

Place foil pan and bag of cheese inside

 

Label:

Bake 350 degrees 45 min covered

Top with cheese and bake uncovered another 10-15 min

until cheese is melted and meatloaf is cooked
