It serves really nicely with a salad or asparagus spears or Brussel sprouts. Yes, I just said that! Brussel sprouts!!! I said it again. Honestly they aren’t that bad drizzled in a bit of olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle a bit of bacon and fresh parmesan cheese on top and I bet your kids will even eat them.

Bag 1
- Medium size freezer bag
- 1 1/2 Cups Italian cheese blend
- 2/3 cup Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
Bag 2
- Medium size freezer bag
- 3 Cups pasta sauce
Bag 3
- Medium size freezer bag
- 4-6 chicken breast halves
Bag 4
- Large freezer bag labelled with recipe name and cooking directions
- Place bags 1, 2 & 3 inside bag 4.
- Freeze.
Cooking Directions
- Coat chicken breasts in contents of bag 1
- Place in baking dish
- Pour pasta sauce over chicken.
- Cover and cook 350 degrees F 40 min or until chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with a little bit of grated parmesan cheese to serve.
- Serve with pasta and use the excess pasta sauce on the noodles.
