Chicken Parmesan

This is a recipe that will look like you put way more effort into it than you actually did.

It serves really nicely with a salad or asparagus spears or Brussel sprouts. Yes, I just said that! Brussel sprouts!!! I said it again. Honestly they aren’t that bad drizzled in a bit of olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle a bit of bacon and fresh parmesan cheese on top and I bet your kids will even eat them.

Bag 1

  • Medium size freezer bag
  • 1 1/2 Cups Italian cheese blend
  • 2/3 cup Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs

Bag 2

  • Medium size freezer bag
  • 3 Cups pasta sauce

Bag 3

  • Medium size freezer bag
  • 4-6 chicken breast halves

Bag 4

  1. Large freezer bag labelled with recipe name and cooking directions
  2. Place bags 1, 2 & 3 inside bag 4.
  3. Freeze.

Cooking Directions

  1. Coat chicken breasts in contents of bag 1
  2. Place in baking dish
  3. Pour pasta sauce over chicken.
  4. Cover and cook 350 degrees F 40 min or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle with a little bit of grated parmesan cheese to serve.
  6. Serve with pasta and use the excess pasta sauce on the noodles.
