Bag 1
- Medium Size Freezer Bag
- 4-6 ounces of Salmon
Bag 2
- Medium Size Freezer Bag
- ¼ Cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp Fresh chives – chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Bag 3
- Large Freezer Bag Labeled with recipe name and cooking instruction
- Place bag 1 and 2 inside bag 3
- Lay flat to freeze
Cooking Directions
- Thaw in fridge overnight
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- Place fish on a baking pan
- Spread the contents of bag 2 over the fish
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
- Serve with a fresh tossed salad and rice or Butternut Squash Bake found in the Side Dish section of this website.
