Baked Parmesan Salmon

Bag 1

  • Medium Size Freezer Bag
  • 4-6 ounces of Salmon

Bag 2

  • Medium Size Freezer Bag
  • ¼ Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh chives – chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Bag 3

  • Large Freezer Bag Labeled with recipe name and cooking instruction
  • Place bag 1 and 2 inside bag 3
  • Lay flat to freeze

Cooking Directions

  1. Thaw in fridge overnight
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  3. Place fish on a baking pan
  4. Spread the contents of bag 2 over the fish
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork

  • Serve with a fresh tossed salad and rice or Butternut Squash Bake found in the Side Dish section of this website.
