Berries are my absolute most favourite fruit. A smoothie just isn’t a smoothie if there is not a berry in it. I love this mix of flavours. With chocolate protein powder it reminds me of Neapolitan ice cream. Now if that doesn’t hook you I don’t know what will.
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla coconut or almond milk.
- 1⁄4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 Cup vanilla or berry flavoured greek yogurt.
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
