Mongolian Beef

This recipe was a big hit in our house.  I have had amazing feedback from many people who have made this freezer meal. It reminds me of something I would order from a Chinese takeout menu. A much healthier version with no MSG or high salt content.

This would be great all mixed up as a beef stir-fry bowl with rice and broccoli.
