Paleo Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • Sautéed ¼ cup onions,
  • ½ Cup fresh spinach,
  • ¼ Cup red pepper
  • ¼ Cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 3 TBSP Almond Milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsps Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare muffin pan
  2. Beat eggs together with almond milk. Stir in garlic, seasoning, veggies and meat!
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes until tops turn golden
  4. Freeze in a flat container.
  5. Thaw in the fridge overnight.
  6. Warm up to serve.
