This is a quick and simple alternative to purchasing expensive brownie box mixes.
It also makes a great gift when you put the dry ingredients into a mason jar and decorate the lid.
It will give your kids a great treat option in their lunches as they head back to school.
Brownie Mix
BAG 1 – Medium size bag
Label with recipe name and directions
1 Cup Sugar,
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour,
1/3 Cup Cocoa,
1/4 tsp Salt,
1/4 tsp Baking Powder.
Store in dry, cool cupboard
Directions
At Baking Time Add:
Pour dry ingredients from Bag 1 into a bowl and mix with
2 Eggs,
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil,
1 teaspoon Vanilla.
Mix together
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in an 8×8 or 9×9 pan.
check and test after 12-15 minutes of baking and remove when brownies are done!
