Homemade pizza is the absolute best. But it takes time to grate cheese, cut up and prepare all the toppings. Its much easier to order in or buy the boxed version. Making multiple batches at once to store in your freezer will cut down on your time in the kitchen. It does not take much longer to prepare 4 of these meals as it does to make one. Remember if you have kept up on all your freezer staples you should already have grated cheese and peppers prepped. This recipe protocol calls for a few baggies. I have done this to keep the ingredients from getting soggy and giving you a delicious pizza that out shines any take out or box pizza around.

pizza dough. store bought or homemade. I make mine in the bread maker then freeze.
Bag 6 large labeled freezer bag labeled with recipe name and cooking directions
Place bags 1-5 inside large bag
Directions :
Thaw pizza dough on the counter. it needs time to come to room temperature before preparing.
Roll dough out and spread sauce over shell
Sprinkle cheese, and remaining ingredients over the pizza
Bake according to pizza dough instructions.
NOTES:
Additional toppings can be added as you like, eg pineapple, onion, olives etc.
Pizza dough can be frozen. I make min in bread maker and seal tightly inside a medium zip lock freezer bag. You just need to make sure it is thawed completely and at room temperature before baking so that the crust rises properly.
You can also use buns instead of a regular pizza crust and broil them until the cheese is melted.
